NO SHOW/CANCELATION POLICY

Haus of Beauty requires a 24-hour notice to reschedule or cancel appointments.

We require a $50 deposit to book appointments. This will go towards the treatment cost and be deducted at checkout. Should we receive less than 24 hours of notification, or client fails to keep their appointment, their deposit will not be refunded.

All deposits are non-refundable or transferable.

RESCHEDULING POLICY

Haus of Beauty allows you to reschedule ONCE when planning to schedule an appointment. If needed to reschedule a second time, please contact our office for a new appointment time.

REFUND POLICY

We do not provide refunds for completed services or cancellations. Aesthetic outcomes vary individually, and although we strive for the desired results, we cannot guarantee them. Clients are accountable for any additional treatments required to attain their envisioned results. Your understanding is appreciated.
